Very easy!

Sign Up: First, we won't even let you pay us a dime, until you have tried Carova.net out for yourself. Simply, click the "Sign Up" Button up top, and complete the entire form right online. Your account should be activated within 24 hours. Due to abuses by some of the instant and automatic sign up, we have discontinued instant registration. We now verify all the information provided by prospective customers. Once this is complete, we will send you the welcome information.

Payment: Simply follow the links on the site to our payment processor. We use PayPal for credit card payments in order to keep costs low.Top

3. How long does it take to get completely set up?
After your registration is complete, you should receive your welcome e-mail within 24 hours. The e-mail will give you all the information you may need on our Toll-Free technical support, IP Address, FTP information, and other important hosting details you may need. Top

This email tells you how appreciative we are for having you be part of our community. It also gives to you all the pertinent information you will need to put your account into effective use. Your welcome email will also have information on how to contact us 24 hours daily for live support. Top

Will I have 24-hour access to my web site via FTP/SSH(Encrypted TELNET)/POP?
Yes and no. You can have full, unrestricted access via FTP and to your POP e-mail account 24 hours a day, around the world. 

We do not provide SSH access for any of our accounts. You have the extra peace of mind in knowing that other clients on your server do not have command line access to the server. There are no exceptions to this policy. Top

Yes, we offer free assistance 24 hours daily to get you setup on the web.  Since Technical Support is our number ONE priority, we try to make everything we do efficient. Top
9. What is a Virtual Domain?
A Virtual Domain means having your own domain name (http://www.yourname.com) without having to install expensive server hardware and software. With a Virtual Domain, you utilize our server's storage space, however you are still professionally represented via your own personal Internet web address domain name (www.yourname.com) and by your own personal e-mail address domain name (you@your-name.com). 10. Who is the InterNIC?
The InterNIC is an independent organization responsible for holding the registration and routing of Internet domain names. Without them it may impossible to maintain order on the Internet. Our registration fee is $40 for the first two years and $20/year thereafter for your virtual domain name. If you decide to transfer your domain over to Carova.net, we will handle all aspects of switching your DNS information and you will not have to pay this fee to us however, you will have to pay for your domain through your registration company. 11. Can I access my domain address with or without the "www"?
Yes, you will be able to access the domain address with or without the "www" in front of the domain name. Example: [http://www.your-name.com] or [http://your-name.com] is acceptable, whichever you prefer. Top
12. Do you offer dial-up Internet access?
No, you will need local Internet access in order to maintain your web site and retrieve email addressed to your site. You will need to contact an Internet service provider. For a listing of service providers in your part of the world, please contact us via email. Top
13. Do you handle the domain registration process for .com, .net and .org domains?
Yes. Once your account is paid for, we handle the entire domain registration process - AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU OF COURSE. Please DO NOT submit a registration or modification template to the InterNIC as this will only delay the process. Top
14. Can I transfer existing domain name to your servers?
Yes, just be sure to specify that you are requesting a transfer and NOT a new domain. You should keep the service with your current provider while waiting for InterNIC to complete the transfer process. We will provide you with a temporary address so you can mirror the site on our server. All email and web pages will still be accessed from your current site. When InterNIC sends you email telling you the transfer is complete of the there is a 72-hour propagation period where visitors could go to either site. At the end of the 72 hours you should contact your previous host to have them delete the old domain from their records and update their DNS record. If you use this same provider for your Internet access you will not be able to access your domain site until they update their DNS. Top
15. How long does it take before my domain name is active?
Once the InterNIC announces that your domain name has been registered (or transferred, if applicable), it usually takes about 72-hours before it is active. All Internet providers must update their records (DNS tables) to reflect the new site's location. Top
16. How do I transfer files to my web site?
Files must be transferred to the web server via File Transport Protocol (FTP) or through your control panel. If you need further assistance contact us. Top
17. Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?
You have unlimited access via FTP 24-hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your web site at your leisure. Top
18. Can I use my account for commercial purposes?
Yes, you can use your account for commercial purposes. The World Wide Web has become the most efficient and cost-effective means of making information available to the users of the Internet community and we encourage our customers to utilize their accounts for commercial purposes as long as they abide by our terms and conditions. How long does it take to set up a new account?
New accounts are generally set up within 30 minutes from the time we receive your order. Once an account is set up an activation notice will be sent to you via email including your user-ID, password, and FTP hostname. We encourage you to change your password from your control panel for added security. You can begin uploading files to your new web site immediately. Domain account users will be given a temporary URL to access their site via the web prior to the completion of either domain registration or domain modification.

However, your welcome email may be delayed up to 24 hours while we confirm the details of your application.Top

20. Can I subdivide my space and resell it?
Yes, we do allow you to create subdirectories, which you can use to offer friends or clients space as long as it stays within our terms and conditions. You can have more than one domain on a single account. Top

Yes, you may do this using a special CGI script. You are allowed to install such a script on your account, however, we do not provide any support for such scripts. Top
22. Can I have additional domains pointing to the same main page as my main domain?
Yes, this is totally free, we can have your domain point to your main account or even a subdirectory. This is a great way to expand the marketing of your present business. Top
23. Are third level domains available (subdomain.mydomain.com)?
Yes! Use the button on your control panel to activate subdomains. If the feature is not activated for you account, simply drop us an email and we will activate the subdomain feature of your control panel.Top
24. Can I have my MX or CNAME records updated?
Your MX and CNAME records can be updated. If you use a service such as everyone.net, you will have no problems updating your records. Top

We accept Check drawn on United States banks, wire transfers, and PayPal. International clients without access to any of these payment methods can contact us for other payment alternatives. Top
26. Does Carova.net host Adult-Related Web Sites?
No, No, No, No, due to moral, ethical, legal, and logistical concerns our policies strongly prohibit the hosting of sites with adult content. Accounts with adult content will immediately be terminated with no refund to the account owner. Top
